Welcome To My Mortgage Blog

This is my first ever blog post. It's pretty exciting for me.

I decided that it was time for me to create a blog because everyone else in the world has one and I didn't want to be left out.

Actually, the real reason that I wanted to create a mortgage blog is to share information with my clients, colleagues, family and friends that I feel will be helpful or interesting (or sometimes, vital) to them. The information will be primarily focused on mortgages and real estate along with some other random topics.

My first goal was to place links to my weekly and my monthly newsletters. You can find these links on the righthand sidebar. The topic of the weekly newsletter is basically interest rates; where they've been and where they are going. The monthly newsletter, "Views You Can Use" is more like the Lifestyle section of the newspaper, with topics ranging from staying healthy this winter to saving money on health care. These are updated weekly and monthly respectively, so you should always have something new to read.
